Return & Exchange Policy

At Simple Inches Hair Extensions, we want you to absolutely love your new hair! Because our products are considered hygienic beauty items, we can only accept returns that meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Unused & Unopened: Hair extensions must be in their original packaging, with all security seals intact. Once the seal is broken, the extensions are considered used and are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email our team at simpleincheshair@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. When your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (minus shipping) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for color or length if the product remains unopened and in original condition. Please email us before returning your item so we can help you find your perfect match.


Final Sale Items:

All opened packages, custom orders, discounted items, and promotional bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.


Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or defect).

Product Sensitivities:

While our extensions are lovingly crafted with top-quality materials, each person’s skin is unique. Please test for sensitivities and allergies before wear; a great way to do so is to try first on your wrist. Though we cannot offer refunds on open product due to hygiene considerations, we deeply empathize with any discomfort. If you experience a sensitivity, please reach out to us. We want to hear your story, and we’ll do what we can to offer support, suggestions, or an alternative option.
